How do I place an order?
Simply browse our products, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your delivery information and choose a payment method to complete your purchase.
How long does delivery take?
Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (available in selected areas)
You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

What if an item I ordered is out of stock?

How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can track your package through our courier partner’s website.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
We sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package, and we’ll arrange a return, exchange, or refund.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! You can select the “Pickup from Store” option at checkout and collect your order from our physical location during business hours.
