How do I place an order?
Simply browse our products, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your delivery information and choose a payment method to complete your purchase.
  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (available in selected areas)
    You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

We accept:

  • EFT (Bank Transfer)

  • Cash on Delivery (in some areas)

  • Mobile Wallets or Instant Payment Links (where applicable)

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can track your package through our courier partner’s website.
We sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package, and we’ll arrange a return, exchange, or refund.
Yes! You can select the “Pickup from Store” option at checkout and collect your order from our physical location during business hours.
