Eligibility for Returns

You can return a product within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or not as described.

  • The product is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged items not due to our error

  • Opened earphones, AirPods, or hygiene-related items

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Custom-ordered or special sale items (unless defective)


🔄 Exchange Policy

If you receive a faulty or wrong item, we’ll happily exchange it for the same or similar product (subject to stock availability). Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


💰 Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method or store credit (based on your preference).


🚚 Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

  • You can also return the product directly at our store.
