✅ Eligibility for Returns
You can return a product within 7 days of receiving your order if:
The item is damaged, defective, or not as described.
The product is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Used or damaged items not due to our error
Opened earphones, AirPods, or hygiene-related items
Gift cards or promotional items
Custom-ordered or special sale items (unless defective)
🔄 Exchange Policy
If you receive a faulty or wrong item, we’ll happily exchange it for the same or similar product (subject to stock availability). Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
💰 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method or store credit (based on your preference).
🚚 Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
